World Cup Weekend

Last Sunday, it’s reported that 200,000 to as many as 500,000 were out on the Champs Elysee to celebrate France’s victory over Brasil. It’s hard to imagine what kind of turn-out to expect if France wins tomorrow. In the meantime, the motorcycles are zooming into town and anticipation is intense on this muggy summer day.
Tomorrow morning, we will be heading to Strasbourg in Alsace. That’s where we’ll be watching the World Cup. In the meantime, if you’re in Paris, enjoy!
Tonight, we’ll be watching Germany vs. Portugal at
The Financier English Pub, 15 rue depart, Metro: Montparnasse.
