Is there anyplace the Rolling Stones HAVEN’T BEEN? They’ll be back in this town on June 16th (actually St. Denis, not Paris) at the Stade de France. Tickets start at 80 Euros. How many people in the world have attended a Rolling Stones concert since the beginning of their tours in the sixties? Can you imagine a Rolling Stones concert being shut down by the police? Only in Rochester, New York, not in Paris.

This may be the month for comeback concerts, between the Who, The Rolling Stones, and George Michael, but don’t forget to check out Paris’s venues for indie rock bands, a number of groups coming across the channel (like Blood Red Shoes last Feb)..
