Meet Agnes Varda in person!

Rue Daguerre is one of my favorite streets in the 14th and I usually mention to visitors that this is the street where the movie director Agnes Varda lives. She must love the street too because she’s taken the time to film the neighborhood and you can see her film “Daguerrotypes on Friday November 25th at the Maire annexe, 12, rue Durouchoux. For FREE!!!
BTW, if you really want to get to know a Paris neighborhood, go to its mairie or town hall. There is a vast amount of information about the neighborhood events, associations, parks, health clubs, etc. usually printed up in a monthly magazine for neighborhood residents. Check out your town hall.
