Mini-French Lesson

Here are two short French mini lessons you might enjoy:

Lesson Number 1
See the movie The History Boys. It’s only one scene that’s conducted in French without subtitles, and definitely a hoot. If you understand this complete scene - your French is pretty good. This is a good chance to practice your listening comprehension and relish the humor of the moment.

Lesson Number 2. Want to test your knowledge of French food? Check out the site www.omnivore.fr and see how many of these dishes you recognize. If it sounds pretty good, you might want to check out the Omnivore Food Festival which will be held on February 12 and 13th at the Docks Cafe in Le Havre.
