Creperie Row on Rue Montparnasse

We tried out one of the creperies opposite Chez Josselin on Rue Montparnasse Metro: Edgar Quinet simply because I’ve noticed on www.oumanger.com that there had been some negative reviews of Chez Josselin (which I still like very much). We crossed over for an after-movie crepe at La Creperie de Quimper and quite honestly, the staff was adorably, very sweet. The cider is excellent and served in traditional clay ‘bols’

I’m not much of a specialist when it comes to the quality of the pancake batter - the crepe quality seemed okay but not exceptional - however the mandarin sorbet filling with an orange liqueur was an exceptional combination. Flambed, it was even better.
