Chariot races under the Eiffel Tower

According to Aujourd’hui en France, this ’sneak preview’ of Ben Hur chariots driven by ‘Roman soldiers’ announces the director Robert Hossein’s live Ben-Hur extravaganza due to appear from September 22-30th. 300,000 spectators are expected at the St. Denis Stade de France which hosted the 1998 World Cup. Hossein has been lauded as the new Cecile B. Demille.
