Answers to questions

In a past entry, I mentioned that the official Paris website www.parisinfo.com provides information for visitors in English. I’ve noticed that two out of three times, when I’ve sent request for additional information in English, I haven’t received answers to my questions. Has anyone else had this experience? I am going to try sending the same question in French and see what happens. I imagine they must receive about a zillion questions a day so in a 35 hour work week it’s no surprise that it would be impossible to answer every e-mail question that comes their way. I will try again and let you know what happens.
