You’ll see Paris police on rollerblades and on bicycles. If you get lost and need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask a police agent for help. They are normally very helpful to tourists in normal circumstances.

Answer: Congratulations to kjfitz! It’s Raymond Moretti’s Cheminee d’aeration which he decorated in 1990 with 672 fibreglass tubes. The height is 32 meters.
