You’ll see Paris police on rollerblades and on bicycles. If you get lost and need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask a police agent for help. They are normally very helpful to tourists in normal circumstances.

Actually, she’s a female police officer! You probably didn’t notice but her hair is braided. As a rule, French police officers tend to be quite attractive, both male and female. They also, obviously, are in excellent physical condition - no potbellies or couch potatoes in this crowd.
Ooops! Now that you mention it, I do see the braids. Glad to hear French police officers are in better shape that many of the American ones I see. When I do see a potbelliled, couch potato policeman (the women are usually in better physical shape), I picture them running after a teenager. Cracks me up!
