Paris Spring Fashion News: Cop-Copines 2008

Whether or not you’re a fan of the French label, Cop-Copines, their video inspires the desert traveler in us urban dwellers. This is one of the fashion lines that doesn’t get as much coverage stateside. But definitely worth checking out if you’re in Paris.

Where can I find Cop-Copines in Paris?

Another favorite label worn by young French professionals (and their kids) is IKKS (although more expensive than Cop-Copines).
If you want to get a good sampling of various French labels before you arrive in Paris, here’s a handy listing of French designer labels.

In many cases, you can find a number of these designers at the major department stores such as Galeries Lafayette or Printemps, but I would always recommend going directly to the boutiques where you’ll receive more personalized service.

IKKS for kids (I found this IKKS shop display on Rue Vavin which is a prime shopping street for kids’ clothes. Rue Vavin runs right into Luxembourg Gardens).
